• The vaccines are at no cost to you. 
  
• Anyone between the ages of 5 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  
• The 2nd dose of the COVID vaccine needs to be administered 21 days later. You can schedule your second dose of the COVID vaccine at one of our COPC vaccine sites through MyChart or by calling 214-590-7000. You can also schedule your 2nd dose vaccine appointment at one of the DCHHS Immunization Clinics by calling 972-692-2780.
